 Whether you are a strong recreational skier thinking of becoming an instructor or an existing instructor working your way through one of the international qualification systems, Parallel Dreams can help you to realise your goals and dreams!

 

Parallel Dreams Training (pd training) is the Ski Instructor training arm of BASS Chamonix Limited. PD instructor training provides a range of services including IASI Level 1 and Level 2 alpine ski instructor qualifications as we are a Licensed Course Provider (LCP) for the Irish Association of Snowsports Instructors (IASI) .You can also do official refreshers for BASI, IASI and Snowsport Scotland (SSS) qualifications and we run staff training for instructors at a number of UK venues. We also run regular instructor training and seasonaire training sessions during the winter season in the Chamonix Valley through our ski school BASS Chamonix. And new for season 2010/2011 is the opportunity to do gap year ski instructor and divemaster courses through our partners BASS Megeve and Gap Ski and Dive.

The Parallel Dreams Vault (pd vault) is our 24/7 online skiing & snowsports information resource complete with technical articles, power point presentations, video clips and more. Whatever type of “learner” you are there is something here for you; visual images of demonstrations, technical information etc. Registration is FREE.

 

 The Parallel Dreams Online Shop (pd shop) has some of the most up to date technical skiing books and DVDs available from world renowned ski teachers. All items have been carefully selected to complement the training that we provide and to assist with your development as an instructor. Our flagship book is Parallel Dreams Alpine Skiing which is essential reading for all existing and aspiring ski instructors.
