Course:
On our PD courses we focus on how you balance on your skis to be able to use your equipment and body to get the best results possible.  To achieve this we use the SkiA Sweetspot trainers and other balance equipment to check out your biomechanics.  Any weaknesses in your Biomechanics will be identified and an individual training programme available.

All our coaches use Video Analysis during each day to help you with your understanding and awareness of your movements.

Snow courses cover skills for developing your piste performance (shorts turns, long turns), variable terrain, bumps and off piste .

Typical day:
Meet at 9.00am for introduction and chat, snow sessions till lunch break around 12.00pm, back on the slope for 12.45pm till round up at 3.00pm (times may vary depending on location, weather & resort).

Equipment:
We always recommend you have your own equipment for snow skiing, well fitting and appropriate boots are essential (All mountain or piste carving skis are suitable).  All our coaches wear helmets, we recommend wearing a helmet for active skiing.

Insurance:
All Clients must ensure and are responsible for their own winter sports activity insurance which covers all skiing including off piste with a qualified instructor/mountain guide.  Additional insurance can be purchased with your lift pass.
