Our Snowdome clinics allow repetition of tasks in an enclosed environment where there is consistent terrain and snow texture.  Some of our days are scheduled when the centres have the bumps facilities available so we can help you set realistic, achievable goals and challenge you in many different ways including:

Technically - working on your ability to steer the skis effectively and adopt suitable posture appropriate to the terrain and task.

Tactically - being able to make the right choices regarding the corridor, degree of edge grip or the line to take down a chosen route.

​

Psychologically - what pressures you put upon yourself or externally influenced by terrain or peers.  Learn how to deal with anxiety and fear, and how to improve your attentional focus so that you can enhance your performance.

All our courses are suitable for all levels of parallel skiers, this includes piste only skiers, off piste preferred skiers and ski touring/mountaineering skiers.  All skiing skills can be developed on these courses. In addition these courses can be used as Continued Professional Development (CPD) for the Irish Association of Snowsports Instructors (IASI) and Snowsport Scotland (SSS).

A typical day would be from 9.30-3.30pm with a lunch break and video and off snow sessions.
